Board of Studies (BOS) Meeting – Mechanical Engineering Department

The Board of Studies (BOS) Meeting of the Mechanical Engineering Department was conducted to review and strengthen the academic framework of the program. The meeting focused on a detailed review and approval of the existing curriculum, with special emphasis on aligning course outcomes (COs), program outcomes (POs), and program educational objectives (PEOs) with institutional vision and NBA requirements. Valuable discussions were held on incorporating industry insights and stakeholder feedback to ensure that the syllabus remains relevant to current technological trends and industry expectations. As an outcome of the meeting, the revised curriculum and syllabus were approved with necessary updates to improve academic rigor and practical orientation. Industry inputs were formally integrated to enhance hands-on learning and real-world applicability. The BOS also recommended strategic measures to improve teaching–learning processes, assessment methods, skill development, and overall employability of Mechanical Engineering students.

The central library of the institute is equipped with more than 50,000 books and various journals.

The institute has 2.95 lacks sq.ft. state of art, architectural infrastructure spread in 17 acre area.

The institute is a recipient of the Department of Science and Technology (DST) of Govt. of India, AICTE, New Delhi MODROB and various Industrial grants for the research and development projects.

Awarded as a 'Top Private Engineering Institution' in India by seventh higher education, HR summit organized in association with Rashtriya Uchchatar Shiksha Abhiyan (RUSA) and AICTE New Delhi, on dated 24th April 2018.

A grade institute as per the gradation of Director of Technical Education (DTE) government of Maharashtra.
