One Week Industry-Sponsored Faculty Development / Training Program (FDP) on “Industrial Automation, Robotics and Virtual Labs”

A One Week Industry-Sponsored Faculty Development / Training Program (FDP) on “Industrial Automation, Robotics and Virtual Labs” was successfully organized during 23 October to 28 October 2025 in hybrid mode (offline and online). The program was sponsored by CAD-MECH Engineering Pvt. Ltd., Pune, highlighting strong industry–academia collaboration aimed at upgrading faculty competencies in emerging industrial technologies.

The FDP was designed to provide in-depth exposure to Industrial Automation, Robotics, and Virtual Laboratory technologies, which are essential components of modern manufacturing and Industry 4.0. The program included expert lectures, hands-on demonstrations, and virtual lab sessions conducted by industry professionals and technical experts from CAD-MECH Engineering Pvt. Ltd., along with experienced academicians.

The central library of the institute is equipped with more than 50,000 books and various journals.

The institute has 2.95 lacks sq.ft. state of art, architectural infrastructure spread in 17 acre area.

Many faculties from various departments are nominated and working on the different renowned bodies of university and government.

The institute is a recipient of the Department of Science and Technology (DST) of Govt. of India, AICTE, New Delhi MODROB and various Industrial grants for the research and development projects.

Awarded as a 'Top Private Engineering Institution' in India by seventh higher education, HR summit organized in association with Rashtriya Uchchatar Shiksha Abhiyan (RUSA) and AICTE New Delhi, on dated 24th April 2018.
